Leah is a Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAS) with certification from the California College of Ayurveda, a leading Ayurvedic school at the forefront of establishing rigorous standards for the practice of Ayurveda in the US. She is certified at the 2,000 hour level with plans to continue on to earn her doctorate. Leah is also an experienced yoga teacher, with over 20 years of practice and holds multiple teaching certifications in yoga.
