    Therapeutic Massage

A therapeutic massage usually focuses on flowing swedish or focused deep tissue techniques, and may incorporate a few other specialized techniques as appropriate.

    Craniosacral Therapy

A gentle hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system, which runs from the head through the spine. Light touch along the feet, back, abdomen, torso, head and neck releases restrictions in the fascia to promote self-healing.

    Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular therapy uses a precise touch to address trigger points, adhesion, and fascial patterns to improve function and alignment.

    Reiki

Reiki is a form of spiritual healing using “universal life energy,” which is channeled through the practitioner to the recipient. Reiki helps to harmonize body, mind and spirit.

    Manual Lymph Drainage

A gentle technique to improve the return of fluids to the blood stream, especially in the cases of lymphedema or lymph node removal.

    Prenatal Massage

A theraputic massage adapted to the needs of pregnancy. Available during the second and third trimesters.
