Overview
In Sanskrit, the word “yoga” means “to yoke” or “to unite”. With the physical practice of yoga, you are uniting breath and movement, mind, body, and spirit, or the individual self with the universal Self.

What is wall yoga?
Our wall allows for straps and bars to support and suspend you in yoga postures.
What if the door is locked when I get there?
Classes sometimes meet outside of reception hours. Check your email for the door code!
Where can I park?
We do not have a designated lot for clients. There are stretches of street parking near the center- as for anywhere in DC, always check the posted signs. Should you have trouble finding parking, there is a garage across the street for the grocery store on 8th and 0 St, which will validate for up to 2 hours with a purchase from that grocery store.
Where does the class meet?
The class takes place in Pekoe Acupuncture and Wellness’s lower level. There is a beautiful hardwood floor and special wall. Please be mindful of other clients present for acupuncture and massage.
